Description
Up for sale is this custom made indoor skate park.The ramps consist of 2 x 4 and 2 x 6 framing with 4 x 4 uprights.All decking is 3/4 plywood and the surface is 2 - 1/2" layers of plywood covered with Masonite (Eucatex) with 2 x 4 ribs running 8" apart through the radius.The ramps are set up on a 7' radius for a mild transition for skaters of all ages from beginners to Pros, and all come with 11 gauge metal lip meeting the ground. The Ramps:(1) 8' wide x 4' tall quarter(1) 20' wide x 5' tall quarter(1) 10' wide x 5' tall bank with wall ride box on top(1) 20' wide x 5' tall quarter with a 4' wide 2' tall extension(1) 20' wide x 6' tall quarter(1) 2 1/2' tall by 8' wide flybox(1) Street Area flow obstacle - 2' high slant bank leading to a 20' long deck to a 4' high quarter pipe The area is 20' wide with a step up/ manual pad(12" high by 6' wide x 10' long), hubba and flatbarThe decking in the street area is 3/4" Birch on a custom deck.All ramps have 2"(I.D) steel pipe coping.All ramps are screwed together, NO NAILS!I also have tons of scrap wood, extra wood for repairs that is included.Please see the photos! I took some pictures with people on the ramps to give you an idea of the scale of these ramps!These ramps are SOLID! We have around 200-300 people a month on these and they stand up to it fine!These ramps were to be able to rearrange them into new configurations to suit the owners desire.I will personally assist in the breakdown and removal of the ramps as well.There is everything you need here to open your own fully operational 5-6000sq/ft skate park.The building we are in is leased so if you wish to keep the park open here, we can have the lease assigned to you.The ramps are all assembled at present and can be inspected/skated if you wish to come by and check them out!Please email me at Rockbottomskatepark@comcast.net for more information.
