Description
My new mystery/thriller novel, Storm Killer, is releasing the first week of July.  I've selling the film rights to the book for gas money. Maybe I can fill the car up a couple of times off the money from this sale. Seriously, I'm selling the rights to provide some funds to help support my mother's long term care. This is not buying an option on the rights, but buying the full rights. I'm selling the future film rights to the highest bidder. Willing to finance for buyer. 25% down, the rest monthly for a year. Any screenwriters out there who are gamblers? Will the book be a success? Does the story lend itself to the big screen? Any investor want to take a real leap of faith and try to make some money down the road by selling options to the story? Any actor out there who envisions themselves in a fast paced thriller with intrigue, murder, love, and strong characters? You can own the rights for pennies on the dollar and develop the work as you see fit! The book is available for order at www.trafford.com and within another eight to twelve weeks, from Amazon and a few other such web sites. I've already started with book signings set up for later this month. Press releases are starting to go out. Right now nobody knows much about the book, but within a few months, who knows? Here is a short synopsis of the new novel. Hurricane Edna is growing by the hour and Florida is squarely in her path. The United States has built the Storm Killer Project, a huge orbiting defense system, which may be able to destroy the hurricane before it reaches land. The station is operational and about to attack the hurricane, when acts of sabotage threaten its very existence. The saboteurs inflict enough damage on the station that the technology designed to defeat the hurricane is actually strengthening it into a category five monster. The three-person NASA security team, on board the station, is the only force available to thwart the saboteurs' plans, and prevent the failure of Storm Killer. Kim Danby, a drug addicted woman with serious physical and mental pain, leads the team. The other members of team, Lieutenant James and Dan Hoch, also have flaws and black marks that make them vulnerable. Each must battle his own personal demons as they pursue the investigation. Even when one of the team is murdered, the others continue to unearth the evidence and unravel the clues that lead to the identity of the conspirators hidden within NASA's and Washington's highest-ranking command structures. They must find and arrest the perpetrators in time to stop the destruction of the station by a Russian nuclear missile. As the conspirators are unmasked and arrested, their leader senses his plan is crumbling and flees by a well-planned escape route. He believes himself safe from law enforcement. Little does he suspect that he needs to fear his own kind more than the law!
