There is also a 20 x 24 portable garage...and a couple of smaller storage buildings. This is one of the few places in the valley that the tax appraiser says increased this year! Yes, I can show you the tax statement...Several tenants here disputed it, and Maricopa County stated there were no "Comps" that showed a decrease... Arizona has extremely low taxes, ours were only around $425 this year. Older livable mobile on the property, 1440 sf, 3/2, approx $50,000-$60,000 in property upgrades over the last few years....Great location for home business, enough space to store your stuff...easy location to find.
