Im selling 120 acres private lake, hunting, fishing and lake lots in NW Minnesota, approx. 60 miles NE of Fargo ND. it consists of about a 40 acre private lake with perch, bass and bullhead fishing, 50 nice farmland acres (rented out), and the balance in hunting which consists of whitetail deer, geese and ducks. there are approx 10-12 nice lake front building lots on the lake and one old abbandoned farmstead, with no buildings but a great working old time hand pump well thats good. I prefer a C/D or contract for deed, which would consist of a down payment with monthly installments and the unpaid balance I would finance myself for 5% interest. I will also consider taking in on trade, a new pickup or skid steer...utilities are not a problem...small lake lots in the area are going for 30,000.00 per lot and I have about 12 of them, more if you want to stretch them out.. the water is clean, clear, and very nice. I have trumpeter swans geese and ducks who nest on the waters edge, eagles that fish the water, and muscrats and beaver. this is the best of the best. water ski, fish, hunt, live. great investment or private retirement... I wont sell off pieces... Ive been offered many many times but it goes all in one.. I wont seperate it. but I will try to work with you on the finaces of it...
