This auction, in my opinion, will be worth more to the winner than the amount.In a nutshell, how this auction came about is I was one of 400k homeowners nationwidewho fell victim to a mortgage company's unlawful sales tactics. There was a class-actionlawsuit that was settled end of this past year. My portion was $700. WOW that got mefar. Unfortunately, their tactics have ruined me financially. Plus, I had a sickness that lasted about 4 months, and had an issue of leaking ceilings & walls that caused black mold. All of this was around the same time. I am a mother of two kids.The journal/blog written will contain EVERYTHING that I am thinking about and doingin my waking hours. It might be something you may want to turn into a book. As thereis a lot of things that run through my mind ALL the time. A signed contract can be drawn up for the journal/blog.Why $200k? I owe just under $200k on my mortgage. I cannot refinance as I have tried several times. I am at the mercy of the company, and if I can just pay them offand let them know where they can take themselves, I would rather. I am opened to negotiating. The amount should be able to take care of the mortgage, back medicalbills, and my car payment.There is great possibility that the winner of this auction will benefit in more ways than what is listed here with media exposure and my assistance.
